Platter includes half rack (6 bones) of fall-off-the-bone ribs seasoned with cracked black pepper and kosher salt, smoked over charcoal 5-6 hours, lathered in house made Kansas sauce. Served with fries, coleslaw, cornbread, baked beans, and drink.

Dinner is served with French fries, coleslaw, cornbread, baked beans, and a drink.

Went to the Smokin Q for the first time this evening and the ribs were better than many we've tried. Their bacon cheese burger and poutine is right up there too. I know we will be going back again and I will definitely recommend it to our friends.
