½ lb. of fresh brisket rubbed with a House Made brisket rub smoked over charcoal 10-15 hours then tossed in House Made brisket sauce. The family dinner includes 4 or 6 servings of French fries, baked beans, corn bread and coleslaw served individually or family style
Each person receives a full rack of fall-off-the-bone ribs seasoned with cracked black pepper and kosher salt, smoked over charcoal 5-6 hours, dressed in House Made Kansas sauce. Dinner is served with French fries, baked beans, corn muffin and coleslaw

Went to the Smokin Q for the first time this evening and the ribs were better than many we've tried. Their bacon cheese burger and poutine is right up there too. I know we will be going back again and I will definitely recommend it to our friends.
