
Platter includes fresh brisket rubbed with House Made brisket rub smoked over charcoal 10-15 hours then tossed in House Made brisket sauce and a half rack (6 bones) of fall-off-the-bone ribs seasoned with cracked black pepper and kosher salt, smoked over charcoal 5-6 hours, lathered in House Made Kansas sauce. Dinner is served with mashed potatoes and gravy, rice or french fries, broccoli & Cauliflower salad or coleslaw, hot vegetables or baked beans, corn muffin or cornmeal roll and a drink.
